Entries for a giveaway competition hosted by Dazzling Delights will be open from the date and time of the competition launch (posting date) and will close on the day stipulated in the original social media post referencing the competition. All entries after the closing date will be disregarded.
PARTICIPATION:
Participants may enter a competition hosted by Dazzling Delights by following the instructions provided by Dazzling Delights, in the original social media post referencing the competition. Any individual choosing to participate in a competition hosted by Dazzling Delights, thereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions provided by Dazzling Delights for the competition participated in.
LIMITATIONS:
Potential participants are limited to individuals with accurate identity information on their social media profiles (incl. name and surname), individuals who are contactable with a valid shipping address, and individuals who are in no way (directly or indirectly) affiliated with Dazzling Delights.
WINNER SELECTION MECHANICS:
Winners for a competition hosted by Dazzling Delights will be selected at random, at the sole discretion of Dazzling Delights. The number of winners selected for a competition will be limited to the amount specified by Dazzling Delights in the original social media post referencing the competition. A selected winner will be contacted via social media within 5 business days of the competition closing date. If a selected winner does not respond to direct contact from Dazzling Delights within 3 business days, Dazzling Delights maintains the right to select an alternative winner to take their place. The original winner in this scenario will have no claim to any prize or reimbursement from Dazzling Delights.
PRIZES:
The prize for a competition will be fulfilled by Dazzling Delights to a selected winner meeting the conditions provided by Dazzling Delights. The quantities and/or values of any prize will be determined by Dazzling Delights and stipulated in the original social media post referencing the competition. No prize will be transferable or refundable for cash or credit. Shipping fees will be for the account of Dazzling Delights, to the shipping address provided by the selected winner. Dazzling Delights will however not be held liable for any loss or damage of a prize during the shipping process. A selected winner will have the sole responsibility for providing accurate shipping information.
