Returns & Refund Policy

At Dazzling Delights, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return period.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this 30-day window.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging must be included.

All returned items are subject to an inspection upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that your return has been received. We will also confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing delays can occur.

  3. Contact your bank—some financial institutions require extra processing time.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged, and the exchange will be for the same item only.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm whether the exchange has been approved or declined.

Replacement items will ship according to the same delivery timeframe as the original order. Delivery duration may vary depending on your location.

Custom & Personalised Items

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except in cases where the item arrives defective.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dazzlingdelights.com. We will provide full instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs for refunds, exchanges, or resizing requests.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping will be provided at no cost to you.
