Dazzling Delights works with trusted shipping partners to provide secure national and international delivery. The courier or postal service used will depend on your delivery destination, the selected shipping method and the nature of the order.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping is available on eligible online orders over the qualifying order value shown on the website or at checkout.
• Orders below the free-shipping threshold may incur a delivery charge based on the destination and selected shipping method. The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Where available, expedited shipping may be offered through services such as FedEx, DHL or Express Mail for customers who require faster delivery.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Some Dazzling Delights items are available for standard processing, while others are made, sized, finished or prepared to order. Where a product requires additional preparation time, this will normally be indicated on the product page.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, orders are generally prepared for dispatch within approximately 7–10 business days after payment has been successfully processed.

Custom, made-to-order or specially prepared pieces may require additional time depending on the item and the work required. Where appropriate, we can provide an estimated completion timeframe on request.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched and are separate from the processing period.

Estimated transit times vary according to destination, courier service, customs processing and other factors outside our direct control. Any delivery estimate shown on the website, product page, checkout or shipping confirmation should therefore be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier first receives the shipment.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other local fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges:

• Are not included in the product price or shipping charge
• May be assessed when the shipment enters the destination country
• Are generally the responsibility of the recipient

Dazzling Delights is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local authorities or unpaid customs charges.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery address. Additional shipping charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer where permitted by applicable law.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period, or your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at info@dazzlingdelights.com.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the item before discarding any packaging materials.
